Can you hold a place before I apply?
The resident is allowed to hold a place once they have been fully approved and a full month security deposit has cleared our bank account. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
This will be discussed after we have fully vetted an applicant. -
Is the deposit refundable?
A move out inspection will be conducted to determine the current condition of the unit compared to the move in condition report. All repairs will be applied to the security deposit if deemed necessary. -
Who needs a cosigner?
This will be determined depending on the vetting process outcome. -

How do I pay rent?
All rents are paid electronically through the resident portal. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
This pet will go through a pet screening process. Then, we will determine the outcome during the application finalization process. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
The move out process will be in the lease agreement itself. -
