Are you licensed?

Can I reach you after hours?
I am available for assistance after regular business hours. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
The owner portal will allow an owner to make a contribution to cover necessary repairs. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
A fully executed lease will be provided in your owner’s portal. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, we are all fully licensed Arizona real estate agents. -
How and when do I get my checks?
All owner proceeds are distributed each month on the 15th unless it is a weekend day or holiday. Then, they will be distributed next business day. -
How is rent collection handled?
The rent is collected in a professional manner on a monthly basis -
How long of a lease do you sign?
The normal lease is one year. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
We charge one full month security deposit on rentals. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
We will start managing once we received a fully executed property management agreement plus all necessary documents to professionally represent an owner. -
What type of properties do you manage?
We manage residential properties. Condos, townhouses, vacant vacation homes and multifamily. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
We distribute financial reports on a monthly basis when we distribute owner proceeds. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
We hold the security deposit in the company broker trust account.
